Hi! My name is David, and I like to train at the center twice a day, especially when I can't get outside because of the weather. I've had a little trouble with a pulled hamstring, but I haven't let it slow down my training.

Right now I'm doing weight and cardio workouts every day of the week, and I'm in aerobics classes at least 5 times a week. When the weather permits, I get outside and run too.

I'd like to lose a few more pounds and really increase my muscular definition.
