Hello! I'm Harriet and I'm training to compete in my first triathlon, so I've joined the gym to help me prepare. I've always been involved in sports, and I'm really competitive!

I've been running and cycling at least 5 times a week. Now I want to improve my swimming technique and build up my strength and endurance for the triathlon. I'd also like to learn how to engage in competition more comfortably because I can get really anxious before a race.
