Hello! My name is Janelle and I'm a pre-med student. I know that exercise is good for me, but I'm just too busy with school to be very regular about it.

In high school I exercised a lot, but now that I'm in college I'm sort of off and on about exercise. It really depends on how much schoolwork I have to do. I gotta do well if I want to get into med school.

I want to be more regular about exercise. I like group fitness classes and know that if I find classes that are interesting, I'll stick with them. Of course, I also want to feel a lot less anxious about my studies, and I know exercising will help that.
