Hi! I'm Sharon. My children are all off at school now, and I have enough time during the day that I can start an exercise program. I've never gone to a gym, and I'm just not sure I'll be comfortable.

I've been walking 2 to 3 times a week, but I don't think that's really enough. I'm interested in losing some weight, regaining my muscle tone, and just feeling better about my body and my overall fitness level.
