STEP 1: Lifestyle Evaluation
Listen, we don't want to look nosy, but the truth is that a questionnaire
inquiring about the client's life habits is an important step in the
pre-exercise screening. In this evaluation, information about the
client's daily physical activity, exercise, smoking, drinking, and
dietary habits is gathered. This will highlight other factors that
may be contributing to the client's current health status and likelihood
of achieving personal objectives in the exercise program.
