and include the amount per serving, as well as the percentage of
the daily value. Daily value is a term that's used on labels
to show how much of a nutrient the average person consuming 2,000
to 2,500 calories daily needs.
Not all nutrients have a daily value established. Those that don't
are separated from those that do by a dark line.
