The Food Guide Pyramid is a tool you can use with your clients to implement a nutrition program based on the Dietary Guidelines for Americans. The Food Guide Pyramid provides guidelines for the number of servings to eat in each of the food groups. Look up the number of recommended servings and fill in the correct letter next to each food group. Continue with the exercise until you get all of the answers correct.
