Look at this row of pictures.
Kindergartners jump eight steps forward and walk backward eight steps.
First graders run in a small circle and then diagonal across the circle.
Second graders combine the above movements and stay in rhythm with the music.
When I look at this sequence I see the students move from kindergarten through second grade, learning a skill and then adding movements. I think this is a good example of curriculum sequence.
