Sports Drink or Water

You explain to the coach that part of your plan focuses on rehydration. You recommend that all athletes carry a water bottle containing a chilled sports drink throughout the day.

The other part of your plan focuses on food replacement. During some tournaments, the wrestlers never consume a real meal. Your plan includes using energy bars. Each athlete should consume an energy bar 45 to 60 minutes before each match. This should allow enough time for proper digestion. If more than two hours have passed since his last match, each athlete should also consume an energy bar after his match.
